INSEAD Executive Summer Housing
Every July, hundreds of executives converge on the INSEAD Fontainebleau campus for the electives and residential modules of the Global Executive MBA, the Tsinghua-INSEAD Executive MBA and the Executive Master in Change. INSEAD does not house them, and Fontainebleau hotels are both scarce and expensive in that window. This is the alternative.
What we offer
Three owner-managed properties, all within a 3–10 minute walk of the INSEAD Europe campus, fully furnished, all bills included. No agency, no intermediary, no fee-stacking. Two-week stays are welcome — the same short-stay rate applies to any stay under three months.

Every home has a 3D Matterport tour — you see exactly what you book before you leave home. Roma is new: its photos and tour are being produced, and we send the floor plan on request.
How pricing works
Two rates, based only on how long you stay — never on which programme you follow.
- Short stay — under three months: the short-stay rate.
- Long stay — three months and more: the reference rate.
Each unit's current all-inclusive rate is published on its own page and in the availability search. Everything is included in the rent: gas, water, electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi, bi-monthly cleaning, local taxes. Nothing to set up on arrival.
The summer window
The high-demand window runs from early July to early August. Our MBA/MiM leases run to 15 July, so early-July dates depend on the unit — send us your dates and we answer straight away. From mid-July, availability opens up across all our homes:
- GEMBA electives — two weeks in early July.
- TIEMBA electives — two weeks in July, same campus.
- EMC residential modules — spread across the year, several days at a time.
- INSEAD Summer School — last week of July, first week of August.
Book early. The first two weeks of July fill fastest: several hundred executives converge on the campus in the same window. If you have your dates by April, secure a unit then rather than in June.
Frequently asked questions
Can I book for just twelve days?
Yes. The minimum stay is two weeks. The short-stay rate applies for any stay under three months.
Can my partner join me?
Absolutely. Flat Paris, Roma and the full-apartment options (Metropolitan or Continental as a whole) are set up for couples.
How is payment handled?
SEPA transfer for European accounts, card for others. A deposit is required — the same for every unit — and refunded after check-out.
Is there space to work in the evenings?
Every unit has a proper desk and high-speed Wi-Fi. Roma has a separate study room.
