The Executive Master in Change unfolds across eight modules over roughly fifteen months, several of them residential at Fontainebleau. Each module lasts three to seven days — long enough that a hotel becomes tedious and expensive, short enough that most local landlords will not rent to you. This page is the way around that.

Homes suited to a short EMC module

En-suite room at The Metropolitan (New York, London or Lisbon) — 3 minutes from campus.
Room at The Continental (Berlin, Dublin, Madrid) — 10 minutes from campus, shared bathroom.
Flat Paris — private 2-room flat, 37 m², 3 minutes from campus.
Roma — new 45 m² 2-room flat with separate study, ideal if you keep up with work between sessions.

Every stay is all-inclusive (bills, Wi-Fi, cleaning, taxes) and every unit has a 3D Matterport tour online (Roma's is in production — floor plan on request).

How pricing works

Two rates, based only on the length of your stay:

Short stay — under three months: the short-stay rate.
Long stay — three months and more: the reference rate.

Same structure for every guest, regardless of programme. Each unit's current all-inclusive rate is published on its own page and in the availability search.

Repeat visits. Because the EMC brings you back to Fontainebleau several times, we can hold the same room for you across modules — one deposit, no re-booking each time. Ask us.
