Housing for the INSEAD GEMBA Electives

Updated July 2026 · by the owners of Bleau Homes · 3 min read

The Global Executive MBA electives take place on the Fontainebleau campus for two weeks each July — Asia, Europe, MENA and Flex sections converging in the same window. INSEAD does not house GEMBA participants, and hotel rooms in Fontainebleau are scarce and expensive during those weeks. Here is the alternative most executives end up choosing.

Homes suited to a two-week GEMBA stay

All rates are all-inclusive: utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, cleaning, local taxes — and each unit's current rate is published on its own page. Every unit has a 3D Matterport tour, so you walk through before you book. Roma is new: its tour is in production, floor plan on request.

Why choose a flat over a hotel

A hotel for a twelve-day stay means no kitchen, no living room and no space to have the group over — and it costs materially more than one of our flats over the same period, which also gives you room to work in the evenings and a real place to unwind between sessions.

Book three to four months ahead. All sections of the GEMBA — Europe, Asia, MENA, Flex — converge in the same July window. Units go quickly.

How pricing works

Two rates, based only on how long you stay:

Same structure for every guest, regardless of programme. Each unit's current rate is published on its own page and in the availability search. A deposit is required — the same for every unit — and refunded after check-out.

Enter your GEMBA dates — see every unit free for them.
