Fontainebleau Housing for the TIEMBA Electives

The Tsinghua-INSEAD Executive MBA is a 22-month joint programme with core modules in Beijing, Singapore and Abu Dhabi — and a twelve-day residential elective every July on the Fontainebleau campus. If you are flying in from Asia for those two weeks, this is the practical local option: owner-managed flats a few minutes from campus, fully furnished, all bills included.

Our homes

• The Metropolitan — three-bedroom apartment or individual en-suite rooms (New York, London, Lisbon). Modern, quiet, 3 minutes from campus.
• Flat Paris — a private 2-room flat, 37 m², at the same address as The Metropolitan.
• Roma — a new 45 m² 2-room flat with a separate study, available from 1 March 2027.
• The Continental — three-bedroom apartment or individual rooms (Berlin, Dublin, Madrid), 10 minutes from campus, classic Fontainebleau character.

Every home has a 3D Matterport tour online, so you can walk through from Beijing or Shanghai before deciding. Roma is new — its photos and tour are being produced; ask us for the floor plan.

The TIEMBA July window

Electives run for twelve days at Fontainebleau every July — the same window as the GEMBA sections. Because the whole cohort converges, the neighbourhood fills quickly. Book three to four months ahead to secure your preferred unit.

How pricing works

Two rates, based only on the length of your stay — never on the programme you follow:

• Short stay — under three months: the short-stay rate.
• Long stay — three months and more: the reference rate.

All rates are all-inclusive: gas, water, electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi, cleaning, local taxes. Each unit's current rate is published on its own page and in the availability search.
